Our emotional struggles can leave their residue in the mind, body, and spirit, yet they don't have to be a life sentence. I believe that every human being has the innate capacity for healing and wholeness and can transform even the most difficult life experiences, patterns, and beliefs, into sources of embodied wisdom and empowerment.

My approach is integrative, culturally-sensitive, and grounded in evidence-based modalities. I collaborate with you to create an individualized treatment plan rooted in understanding how the human nervous system is wired. This valuable information helps us make sense of anxiety, trauma, substance use, depression and addictive behaviors. I integrate top-down (cognitive therapies) and bottom up (body-based therapies) approaches to address the whole person. Through science-based somatic and mindfulness practices, we’ll explore ways to cultivate safety and kindness, build resilience, and balance inner and outer stressors. Developing tools to overcome habitual fight, flight, and freeze reactions, we reclaim our power and reconnect with inner strength, peace, and aliveness.


My style is warm and authentic, and I strive to create an inclusive, affirmative space where your experience can be heard with acceptance and compassion. Identities of any race, ethnicity, sexuality, gender identity, ability, immigration status, or faith are welcome here.

Centrally located in Beverly Hills, my office offers convenience with valet and street parking, along with security and privacy. I intentionally designed my office to feel soothing, comfortable and safe with the recognition that our environment greatly impacts how we feel. I look forward to your visit!

I went to her during a time of emotional crisis where I had no one else to speak to. She taught me to love myself and respect myself more than the people in my life at the time allowed me to. She taught me the mindfulness tools to deal with stress and pressure from relationships and work. 


She helped me learn to love myself (even though it’s still a work in progress). She allows me to speak freely and come as my true self (again a work in progress but one we will achieve soon!). She is calm in the way she communicates and you can certainly feel heard when you are under her care. 


I’m certain I wouldn’t be here writing this today if she hadn’t agreed to see me as a patient. I owe a lot to her.
