I offer individual, couples, & group therapy for a wide variety of issues. Clinical specialties include: trauma/PTSD, anxiety, addiction, & mindfulness.
Online video sessions are conducted via Doxy.me, a secure and easy to use HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform.
Current groups include Mindful Parenting and THRIVE: A Skills Group for Women Survivors of Trauma.
Psychodiagnostic assessments may be requested by individuals, mental health providers, & physicians in order to clarify diagnoses & concerns regarding behavior, personality traits, mood, emotional functioning & to assist with treatment recommendations.
Individual, group, & organizational stress management sessions to support preventative health and create a company culture based on resilience, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence.
