My approach integrates diverse training in evidence-based therapies with mindfulness, and nervous system regulation interventions to help transform emotional and physical stress and overwhelm into vitality and resilience. My style is warm and authentic, and I balance self-reflection with active skills to help you achieve lasting change outside the therapy room. THERAPY & TELETHERAPY
I offer individual, couples, & group therapy for a wide variety of issues. Clinical specialties include: trauma/PTSD, anxiety, addiction, & mindfulness.
Online video sessions are conducted via Doxy.me, a secure and easy to use HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform.

Psychodiagnostic assessments may be requested by individuals, mental health providers, & physicians in order to clarify diagnoses & concerns regarding behavior, personality traits, mood, emotional functioning & to assist with treatment recommendations.
Consultation for individuals, groups and organizations to address areas of concern and as a preventative measure. Areas of concern include (but are not limite emotional intelligence, stress management, sexual harassment, mindfulness, staff burnout, mental health education, and program development.
