MODULE 1
MODULE 2
HEALTHY ATTACHMENT
Learn about the neurobiology of attachment, co-regulation, and repair how these experiences correlate with inner safety & emotion regulation. You'll learn about the impact of healthy & unhealthy attachment experiences, identify your attachment style, and explore the impact of your own attachment experiences. This module also covers attachment as the birthplace of authenticity or self-abandonment.
AN EMBODIED PATH TO HEALING
This module covers the relationship between attachment experiences and the concept of embodiment & disembodiment. You'll receive an introduction to trauma-informed mindfulness & embodiment practices to facilitate self-attunement.
MODULE 3
BELIEFS OF LITTLE YOU
This module covers how our early relational experiences become internalized and influence our belief systems. You will be guided in identifying how these narratives get activated when your inner child is triggered by events that feel similar to their experiences long ago.
MODULE 4
IDENTIFYING INNER CHILD WOUNDS
Various inner child wounds are reviewed, including four core wounds, the mother and father wound, along with meeting your inner child practices.
MODULE 5
HOW WE PROTECT OURSELVES
This section covers how our internalized voice, the development of protector parts and how those can keep us stuck in the present.
MODULE 6
THE INTERNALIZED PARENT
Emotionally immature parents are discussed. This module also includes the physiology of shame and self-compassion are discussed as a roadmap to working with the nervous system to promote attunement, validation, and safety.
MODULE 7
MEETING UNMET NEEDS
In this module, we connect somatic and self-compassion practices with actively identifying unmet needs, responding to those needs, and reparenting ourselves.
MODULE 8
COMPASSIONATELY CONFRONTING PAIN
Inner child and parts work are the focus to continue building safety and rewire old beliefs. Time is spent reviewing pacing and how to work with emotional intensity.
WORKING WITH DIFFICULT EMOTIONS
MODULE 9
This module covers toxic shame, the inner critic, its origins and working with it to promote inner secure attachment.
MODULE 10
ALL FEELINGS WELCOME
In this module, we discuss anger, how and why it is suppressed, and the importance of emotional and somatic expression. Using anger to mobilize self-protective actions, such as boundary setting is discussed in context of unmet needs. Various types of boundaries are explored.
RECLAIMING AUTHENTICITY
MODULE 11
In this module, we explore core values and related actions to support authenticity. Barriers addressed include the fear of being seen & working with other thoughts and fears.
MODULE 12
RESTORING PLAY & JOY
The finals module emphasizes an exploration of play and creativity as a means of reconnecting with the inner child and reclaiming the joy of your authentic self. Finally, it concludes with a summary and maintenance plan.

How is the content delivered?
The program offers a rich learning experience with 12 modules that include videos, audio meditations and reflective exercises, Q&A calls, a workbook, and supportive community. Course platform is on Kajabi.

How much time do I need to dedicate?
The more time you invest, the greater your results. However, even a few hours per week can lead to significant changes.
What is inner child work and why should I do it?
What you struggle with in your life today is an echo of younger self that experienced wounding & pain. Somewhere along the way, your light was dimmed and the vibrant, playful, bold, and creative you became who you had to be for safety, acceptance, and love. This is your inner child. Our wounds continue to show up until we are able to acknowledge and process them. When you go back and allow yourself to feel emotions you weren't allowed to or could't feel at the time and give yourself the emotional, support, care and safety that was needed, these younger parts no longer run your life. This means you get the FREEDOM to live your life from a place of intention from who you truly are and what you value rather than your fears and wounds.
