Trauma doesn’t just live in the mind. It leaves its imprint in the body, the nervous system, and even the spirit. While my therapy practice is limited to California residents, my transformational work is open globally.
Through programs, masterclasses, and energy healing, I guide survivors and cycle breakers to release survival patterns, reclaim their voice, and remember their light.
Heal the Inner Child (HTIC)
A 6-month immersive for deeper trauma healing, inner child work, and somatic reconnection.
Cycle Breaker Collective (CBC)
A self-paced program to help you break free from dysfunctional family patterns, set boundaries, and reclaim your voice.
