Structured • Practical • Psychoeducational
Cycle Breaker Coaching is a structured 1:1 space for understanding and navigating dysfunctional family systems. This work is psychoeducational and relational in nature — focused on clarity, boundaries, and integration rather than emotional processing or trauma treatment.
This is where Cycle Breaker Collective tools are applied in real life, with real support.
Best for you if:

Integrative Coaching
Embodied • Reflective • Intuitive
Integrative Coaching is a reflective 1:1 space for people who have completed foundational healing work and are integrating insight at a deeper level. This approach supports embodiment, intuitive awareness, and alignment
Best for you if:

You already understand the family or trauma dynamics

You’ve done therapy (past or concurrent)

You’re no longer in crisis, but feel at a threshold

You’re curious about somatic awareness and intuitive listening

You’re integrating insight into identity, voice, and alignment
 Sessions are conversational, reflective, and experiential. At times, intuitive insights or energetic awareness may be used to support clarity — always in service of your agency, consent, and self-trust.
This is coaching, not psychotherapy.
It does not involve diagnosis, treatment of mental health conditions, or crisis support.

I'm Dr. Deniz
I’m Dr. Deniz Ahmadinia — a licensed psychologist by training, a trauma survivor by lived experience, and a coach for people standing at pivotal thresholds of change.
For over a decade, I worked inside clinical systems supporting trauma survivors and adult children of dysfunctional families. That work taught me how deeply patterns of survival, loyalty, and self-abandonment shape the way people think, relate, and make decisions — even long after the crisis has passed.
What I saw again and again was this:
Many people weren’t broken, unmotivated, or unaware.
They were over-adapted — still organizing their lives around old roles and nervous system expectations that no longer fit.
My coaching work emerged from that gap.
In coaching, I don’t treat symptoms or process trauma. Instead, I help people:

recognize the patterns they’re still unconsciously living inside

strengthen internal authority and discernment

clarify boundaries, choices, and next steps

integrate insight into how they actually live, relate, and decide
