Dr. Deniz Ahmadinia is a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY29915), educator, and supervisor with expertise in the areas of trauma, anxiety disorders, and mindfulness meditation with a private practice in Beverly Hills. She has extensive formal training in evidence-based therapies, including ACT, DBT, CBT, CPT, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindful Self-Compassion. Her approach integrates these modalities with attachment and body-based approaches to maximize healing. Dr. Deniz has been working clinically for over a decade, helping survivors heal from various types of trauma and abuse. She firmly believes in empowerment through education to aid in self-reflection, clarity, and making choices that are right for you and your body.
