About the Gathering
Many of us learn to navigate life through adaptation—shaped by family systems, cultural conditioning, and the experiences that formed us.
Over time, those adaptations can become so familiar that we mistake them for who we are.
Yet beneath them, something within us never stops communicating.
Through sensation, emotion, image, impulse, and intuition, the body continues expressing what conscious awareness alone cannot always perceive.
The body is not simply a place where experiences are stored.
It preserves relationship.
Relationship with our experience.
Relationship with our deeper nature.
Relationship with the parts of ourselves that have never been broken or lost.
When we learn to listen differently, the body becomes more than a source of symptoms to understand.
It becomes a portal to remembering.
Join psychologist and energy practitioner Dr. Deniz Ahmadinia for an intimate evening of conversation, embodied exploration, and Sacred Light Energy Healing as we explore the relationship between conditioning, embodiment, consciousness, and the process of remembering who we truly are.
The Venue
How the Evening Unfolds
Arrival & Live Conversation
We'll begin by settling into the space and creating the foundation for an intentional evening together.
Through a live conversation, we'll explore how trauma, conditioning, and the systems we live within shape our relationship with ourselves—and what becomes possible as we begin reconnecting with the body as a source of wisdom, perception, and remembering.
Guided Meditation & Sacred Light Energy Healing
From there, you'll be guided into a deeply restorative meditation and Sacred Light Energy Healing experience.
This experiential portion of the evening is designed to support deeper connection, coherence, and restoration. Participants may notice sensations such as warmth, emotion, imagery, insight, spaciousness, movement, relaxation, or shifts in awareness as the body responds in its own unique way.
Integration & Community
We'll close the evening with time for reflection, optional sharing, questions, and meaningful connection with one another.
Some of the most meaningful moments often unfold after the experience itself, and you'll have space to integrate, connect, and carry the evening with you in whatever way feels most supportive.

About Deniz
Dr. Deniz Ahmadinia is a psychologist, survivor, speaker, and facilitator whose work explores the intersection of trauma, embodiment, consciousness, and remembering.
For more than a decade, Deniz has helped individuals understand the ways trauma, family systems, and adaptation shape the human experience. Yet it was through her own healing journey from childhood sexual abuse that her understanding of healing began to expand beyond insight alone.
As she moved deeper into the body, confronting preverbal trauma and long-held patterns of protection, she discovered that healing was not only about resolving what had been wounded, but about restoring relationship with what had never been lost.
Today, her work bridges trauma science, systems thinking, embodiment, and Sacred Light Energy Healing to explore how restoring relationship with the body can transform the way we experience ourselves, others, and the world around us.
Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience, Deniz creates spaces that invite people beyond intellectual understanding and into direct experience. Her approach honors both science and mystery, recognizing the body not merely as a place where experiences are stored, but as a portal through which deeper aspects of ourselves can be experienced, expressed, and remembered.
Her work is ultimately an invitation—not to become someone new, but to remember who you have always been.
